Why should people choose you?
In our city, there are over 300 REALTORS®.
What truly makes you stand out among your competitors? What can you tell someone at a listing presentation that would make it a no-brainer? Better yet, what can you prove that you actually do for your clients?
Are you the type of agent to pick up the phone at 2am?
The type to pay for new paint or a moving crew?
Do you already have buyers frothing at the mouth to buy a home?
Are you the best at marketing your listings?
You don’t have to do all of these things. But you have to do something.
It’s an important question that most of us overlook. Be real with yourself when you ask this, even if it hurts.
“Why should people go with me?”
